応募資格
Eligibility for entry |
神奈川県在住で県内の学校に通っているの小学生・中学生
※3才以降に一年以上外国に滞在経験のある帰国生、両親のいずれかの母国語が英語の場合、及びインターナショナルの幼稚園に通っていた方、、インターナショナルスクールに過去及び現在在籍の方、
同一部門での優勝者は除きます。
※公立、私立、自薦、他薦、学校薦問わず。但し学校薦を優先します。
【ご注意】参加者の学校名･学年・名前・写真･スピーチ内容等を公開する場合があります。
参加された場合はこれに同意されたものとしますのでご了承ください。
Elementary and Junior High School (except foreign schools) students who
live and attend schools in Kanagawa Prefecture are eligible for entry.
However those who have lived abroad one year or more after age two and
those who have attended or are attending International schools (including
pre-school & kindergarten) are not eligible.
A student who got the first prize cannot enter the same section.
Any students qualified are free to enter, but students who are recommended
by the school will receive priority for entry.
Attention: The student's name, photo, name of school, grade, and contents
of the speech may be released to the public. Only those who agree to the
release of the above should apply. Therefore, participants hereby agree
to release the above mentioned information for public display.

If the number of entrants exceeds the capacity, entrants will be selected

※発音とイントネーション、表現力を中心に審査します。

審査委員長 ： 竹下 裕子 東洋英和女学院国際社会学部教授
カリフォルニア大学デイビス校大学院にて教育学を専攻。専門は社会言語学および異文化
コミュニケーション。著書に『世界は英語をどう使っているか－＜日本人＞の英語を考え
るために』（2004年、新曜社）、『多文化と自文化―国際コミュニケーションの時代』
（2005年 、森話社）、The Bridges of English Language Across the World:
International & Multicultural PerspectivesⅠ＆Ⅱ（2007年、松柏社）などがある。
青山学院大学総合研究 所客員研究員および逗子市教育委員会委員長を兼務。
マティーこども英会話専任外国人教師及び
ボランティア審査員 合計６名予定
(注）審査結果、審査基準については、一切お問い合わせに応じられません。
応募資格を違反したことが明らかになった場合は失格となりますのでご注意ください。
Attention: Please make sure if you are eligible for the speech contest

If a student is found to be ineligible after the contest, the prizes must
